1. Free Starter Credits

10,000 Free Credits - Available for first-time users of Audibound Studio:

• No credit card required to sign up
• Full access to all Studio production features
• Credits never expire
• One free sign-up bonus per user (verified by email address)

2. Pay-As-You-Go Credits (Studio)

Billing: Audibound Studio operates on a Pay-As-You-Go basis. You are not charged a monthly subscription fee.

Refund Policy: Credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

• All purchased credits are added immediately to your balance
• Since production consumes compute resources instantly, we cannot refund partially used credit packs
• Credits never expire and remain in your account until you use them

3. Yearly License (Converter/Binder)

Billing: Charged once per year with significant savings compared to monthly plans.

Refund Window: 30-day money-back guarantee.

• Within 30 days: Full refund available if you're not satisfied
• After 30 days: Non-refundable
• You may cancel to prevent auto-renewal, but will not receive a prorated refund
• After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your annual term

4. Credits and Usage

Credit Expiration: Pay-As-You-Go credits never expire. They remain in your account indefinitely until used.

• Credits are permanently attached to your account
• Credits are non-refundable

5. One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases (lifetime licenses, credit packs, etc.):

• Within 30 days: Refund available if product is defective or doesn't work as advertised
• After 30 days: No refunds (all sales final)
• Must demonstrate technical issues preventing use of the product

6. Exceptions (Refund Consideration)

We may consider refunds outside the standard policy in the following cases:

• Technical Issues: Service is unavailable for an extended period (3+ consecutive days)
• Billing Errors: You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
• Unauthorized Charges: Someone else used your payment method without permission
• Feature Unavailability: Advertised features don't work as described

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (within eligible window):

2. Include your account email address
3. Provide purchase date and subscription type
4. Explain reason for refund (optional but helpful)
5. Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Data Retention After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

• During Active Period: All your data remains accessible until subscription expires
• After Expiration: Your audiobook files are retained for 30 days as a grace period
• After Grace Period: All files are permanently deleted (cannot be recovered)
• Download Before Expiration: We recommend downloading your audiobooks before cancellation

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks can result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Loss of access to your audiobooks and data
• Permanent ban from future use of AudiBound

10. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
